KMR Driving School is a state approved driving school by the state of Ohio. We offer 24 hours class room or 24/hr Online which includes (8) hrs BTW (Behind The Wheel) sessions. Our classes normally start every 2 weeks on a Monday's.

Any students that choose to take classroom versa online will be required to attend all 6 days 4/hrs each day of classroom which are held at our office on M, W, F for a total of 2 weeks which equals the total of 24 hrs required. Upon completion of classroom they would be eligible to begin BTW( Behind The Wheel)sessions which are scheduled (4) different days (2) hrs each day which will total 8 hrs.

In addition all students are required to complete (50)hrs outside of the driving school with a parent or guardian and 10 hrs have to be at night time. All students are required to be at least 15 1/2 and must have there temps. Ohio law requires that all students under 15 1/2 registered with a approved driving school.

Always remember what you are taught will increase your driving skills for a lifetime of safe driving. Remember, you don't become a driver by getting a driver's license. You become a experience driver by spending hours of time practicing in the car with a Certified Professional Driving Instructor.

An applicant for an initial driver's license, who is age 18 or older and who fails the first attempt at the maneuverability or road portion of the driving test, is required to take an abbreviated adult driver training course before attempting the driving test for a second time. The course will consist of one of the following:

• A 4-hour in-person class followed by 4 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a licensed instructor with a licensed abbreviated adult driver training school.
• A 4-hour state-approved online course followed by 4 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a licensed instructor affiliated with a licensed abbreviated adult driver training school.
• A 4-hour in-person class followed by 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older*.
• A 4-hour state-approved online course followed by 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older*.

*Applicants who choose the option for 24 hours of driving with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older cannot complete more than four hours of driving in one day. In addition, applicants who choose this option are required to complete the Twenty-Four Hour Affidavit (BMV 5789).
